Progress is being better today than we were yesterday. It is not a one-time act, but a continuous improvement. It is a repetitive process and must always be the foremost goal of any company. In this highly competitive world progress is the key to survival and a shortage of it will result in the gradual decline of success. They also provide tangible evidence that colleagues, competitors, and the wider world bases their impression of us on.
