Comarch is one of the largest Polish IT software and services companies, operating in over 90 countries. We collaborate with them on a recurring basis — almost every year, for periods of six to eight months. It’s a relationship that demands trust, deep product understanding, and a willingness to immerse ourselves in the world of telecommunications technology at an expert level. Each edition begins with an extensive onboarding process — engineers, product managers and strategists sit together on both sides of the table. We listen, ask questions, and break the product down to its fundamentals. Only then do we know how to tell its story.

success criteria

Technical content has to be precise and clear at the same time — for the engineer, the manager, and the end client. We measured success with one simple question: does the viewer understand the product after watching it? That meant producing screencasts, product animations, event content and walkthrough videos that work both in the conference room and across digital channels — without oversimplification and without losing the technical detail.

results

In total, we have produced several hours of highly specialised technical content — materials that year after year reach business partners, clients and attendees of industry events around the world. What began as a single project has grown into an ongoing, multi-month production cycle — one of the longest and most complex in K&C’s history.
