That\u2019s what great content does.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">about the collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comarch is one of the largest Polish IT software and services companies, operating in over 90 countries. We collaborate with them on a recurring basis \u2014 almost every year, for periods of six to eight months. It\u2019s a relationship that demands trust, deep product understanding, and a willingness to immerse ourselves in the world of telecommunications technology at an expert level. Each edition begins with an extensive onboarding process \u2014 engineers, product managers and strategists sit together on both sides of the table. We listen, ask questions, and break the product down to its fundamentals. Only then do we know how to tell its story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/kc-mediagroup.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/comarch_collaboration_summary_v1-1080p.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">success criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Technical content has to be precise and clear at the same time \u2014 for the engineer, the manager, and the end client. We measured success with one simple question: does the viewer understand the product after watching it? That meant producing screencasts, product animations, event content and walkthrough videos that work both in the conference room and across digital channels \u2014 without oversimplification and without losing the technical detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" autoplay controls muted src=\"https:\/\/kc-mediagroup.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/comarch__5g_lab_live_action_v1-1080p.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In total, we have produced several hours of highly specialised technical content \u2014 materials that year after year reach business partners, clients and attendees of industry events around the world.
